New Sticky Threads

I created a couple new sticky threads with some info I thought would be pertinent to all of us Washington sledders.

I put in the NOAA weather links to the places I go to frequently, but I'd like input on what locations you'd like listed as well. We can probably cover all the major areas and still keep a good, short, clean thread where people can click while on SnoWest and see what conditions will be like.

Any constructive input on how we can make these 2 informational threads better, please post and let me know.

I like the idea, though I think wilderness should be with the snoparks and trail maps section.
