New snow bike user questions

I have a 2012 350sxf that I'm using for my first snow bike , my motor is 100% port polish cams, custom, mapping, air box , ark exhaust the whole thing , should this be enough for a 120st Lt timbersled ? What's the basic things Do I I I need I ordered the promoto billet pegs , over sized rads , thermo bob , I have doner forks to stiffen up ect

Do those bikes have a thermostat? If not, get a thermobob. Then ride and find out what things you want to change that are important to you.

You'll be good power wise. You'll always want more regardless! Might have to play with sprockets and stiffen fork springs-allot. I hate the huge foot pegs and had no issues with stock ones on my 16 450sx. Build a shield on back of the engine so snow doesn't get packed on it from the track and ride. Then see what your bike needs. You'll be good to go!

Using a pod filter is a good way to get away from using the air box, I've really liked mine

Our marketing manager was on a stock 350FE with our 120" kit all last season. The bike had plenty of power to run that kit, however our kits have less resistance then competitors which prevents the track system from robbing power from the bike. Do you already have a TS kit or is that just the kit you're looking at?

Already have a thermo bob sitting there
Kit is waiting for snow in my shop , my only real concern is my bike is race fuel only since it was my done MX bike . Forks I kinda thought would need to get stiffened a lot , what about pants melting on the pipe !

Wrap and silicon spray the header pipe. Way cheaper than expensive pants.
