Here is some additional information regarding these hoods...

These hoods do not use the stock intake piece that connects to the hood.

On an Arctic Cat, the duct connects the hood to what Arctic Cat calls the Air Silencer and connecter. You keep the Air Silencer and connector and attach an air screen cone (that we supply) to that assembly mounted in the front of the sled. The same is true on the Polaris IQ, it's just in a different location.
