NEW PRODUCT: TPS Test Cable Kit & Fuel Pump Prime Cable

Here's something for you guys wanting to check and adjust your TPS. The test leads have terminals on them so the meter leads will fit in them nice and snug, freeing up your hands to make the necessary adjustments.

The AXYS TPS cable will fit 2014-2018 model years.

A power up cable is included along with instructions. You will need to provide a 12V battery and a good multi-meter.

For those that already have a power-up cable, the TPS test cable is also available by itself.

In addition to the TPS test cable kit, I now have a fuel pump prime pigtail cable that will connect to any power-up cable.

There will be a stand-alone fuel pump prime cable that has battery clamps as well. These will be made to order.

This is an FYI for anyone that's interested in a TPS test cable or kit. I now have TPS test cables for the 2013 and older sleds. So the test cables will now be listed as Axys TPS Test Cable (will fit 2014-2018) and Pro-Ride TPS Test Cable (2013 and OLDER models).

Please make sure you request the correct TPS test cable or kit for your sled.

FYI, per the service manual using the Fuel Pump Prime feature:

Run the fuel pump for no more than 10 seconds at a time. An audible change in the sound of the fuel pump will occur as the air is bled from the system. Disconnect battery power from the connector prior to starting the engine.

I just checked the2019 Polaris parts listing and my Axys TPS test cable will fit 2014 - 2019 800 & 600 TPS sensors.

I am trying to check my tps with your kit. 2016 800 axys pro. I am only getting 4.05 dc volts. Battery is good it shows 12.31 volts. Does this mean I need a new voltage regulator. Also if I check green wire it shows .939 volts.
