Took 4 bud's out today new pros 800 for a ride all from different dealers- Heavy wet snow so we watched the break in as it was a challange to vary the throttle and not keep them WOT
After 7 miles down the trail (the normal- check things over point) before we hit the hills - 2 out of the four had antifreeze up to the top of the bottle and dripping ..from the overflow tube
Other than that checked out ok- and kept an eye on them-
Throught the day all four had high antifreeze levels-and dripping after many cool downs ... On the way back the levels started dropping-and ran scratchers keeping the gauge temp to around 157-160*F just to be on the safe side

Today when I unloaded all 4 had empty bottles-and I began to run the sled throught the bleeding procedures.... Alot of air was in the systems-- ALOT!!!
So a long story short- BLEED em!!- if your having questions- only takes 15 min, and could save alot of headaches-
I know many riders that pull the rope and go- cause the sled is new and should have had a PDI on this....

Dealer where I got mine said- Yeah' Sometimes it tought to get all the air out ....
Gotts do it first IMHO.

Yup, I've reported on this in the past - coolant level should be about an inch BELOW the mark on the overflow tank! This is pretty well known by now to most Pro owners.

Have FUN!
