Similar to the Gill Vents yes, but very different. Our design and hole opnenings are different, also available in both Black & White material.

Don't need to be that big, imo.

With our vents you can lay vinyl graphics right over the vents and slit where the hole openings are with no problems. We made them this size to allow maximum air flow to come through while keeping a stylish look to the sled.

How close is your white to matching the white Polaris hood?

I dont have a white RMK in house anymore, but it was almost spot on. The white vents start from a pure 100% Virgin material and are not painted or coated so they are very white.

There are no tints or shade added to the plastic when its made. I hope that makes sense... Just let me know of any questions you have or feel free to give us a call @ 248-264-6089.

Hey Scott.

Yes they are louvered to make the snow go past the "fins" while still allowing the sled to shed hot air out of the holes while letting cool air through at the same time.

C'mon man... show us the product on an actual sled... the Photoshop versions look pretty poor... I'm sure the actual install looks MUCH better.

We dont have the Pro RMK Chassis in house currently, as soon as we get one back we will update pics.

The screen comes in the package seperate from the vent for those who dont want to run the screen at all. If you call in the order just let us know you want the exhauste side and we will put one in, no problem.

We are looking into a fine mesh screen option right now. We havent found any issues in fine powder with our vents as most of the snow goes right past the fins and isnt so open like most mesh vents where the snow could get packed in.

Good question. The material is a High-Impact thermoplastic that is made for extreme abuse and by nature is not brittle and verry tough.

Becuase it is a 100% Virgin material we use and not a recycled or coated plastic there is no chance of the white to yellow or discolor.
