Just bought a 2003 600HO with 2800 miles. The engine has never been touched, but I am considering putting in new pistons/rings just for insurance for me.
I've read all the posts on how to do it, but I'd love some help if anyone out there knows what they are doing.
I'd be willing to shell out some cash/beer for anyone helping.

Send me a PM if interested. I don't want to have to go through the stealersip for this.
I live in Heber City, UT

honestly, one of the easies things you could even do, doesnt take much skill at all, and if you get some caged wrist pin bearings, the re-install is super easy, thats the biggest thing to be careful, those little needle bearings like to fall into the bottom end if your not careful, if i have time later i will post up some info on how to get it all done.

i burned my little 600->738 mod down a few times this winter, and am very familliar on how to take it apart, super easy to do.

one tool taht will make it way easier to do would get a cheap 5mm allen wrench and cut the short side in half so you can take the y-pipe out much easeir, its honestly the hardest part, lots of 1/8th turns and it will come off.
