New pictures from our (south fork) Gold Creek ride!

Second to last picture was at 7000 Feet. Some good climbin areas with 4 feet of powder but not enough to go someplaces (logs, rocks.) We broke the fresh groomed trail and was AWSOME riding. Put in 60 miles in about 4 or so hours, and had hot smokeys with our muffpot at the end of the day :D. You guys really missed out, was mostly sunny and odly enough dumped snow for a few minutes now and then but mostly clear.:face-icon-small-hap. Will probly go again within the next week if anyone is interested NOW! :p. Have a few more pics, but these are the good ones.

After 160 views I finally get a reply! It was awsome up there, still could use snow (anywhere could) but was fun. saw about 8-10 riders and a guy with a turbo 800 cat.

Right ON !!!
Looks great! All this snow, can you beleive the difference a couple weeks of snow makes.
Didn't go this last weekend and pics like that just get me fired up for next weekend.

just so you guys know, avy danger is high up there as well, not just at hearts pass, there was only about four feet of snow where the rider was buried on sunday. Use your head and stay home until the avy danger comes down. www.nwac.us is the avy report site.

Thanks 2000, Although there arn't any big open sidehilling/climbing areas, im sure its always posible, i'll post a pic of me and my dad last year right next to our house on one of our riding hills just outside chelan in the mountains. We would have never thought it could happen and as I was right bellow a hill on the road the snow shifted (probly from vibration/sound) and slid next to me so I hit the throttle and got outa the way, my dad hung back a bit and we watched it all slide down. Wasn't nearly as bad as most but still dangerous and scary!...
