new mtn sled

hi everybody new to forum . looking for opinions on a new mtn sled curently have2000 mtn max w\pipes go to island park idaho for aweek every year do a variety of riding and wondering what is the best way to go yam ski pol cat 153"would be the longest i would go any comments would be greatly appreciated thks

Cat fans here! Love the way they handle and how much fun they have made riding with the newer chassis style and weight decrease. All that I can say is it will be an adjustment no matter which sled you choose do to the change from an older chassis style to the newer chassis.

artic cat

man... I ride ski-doo right now but not a brand specific kid of guy. If I bought a new sled this year it would be a cat, they are bad *** with endless possibilities.

if you only sled a week a year you would spend the whole time getting used to a ski-doo. id go with cat cuz there very easy to manuver and cheap to maintain. gas and go sled. poos arent to bad to. id say not as reliable as the cats tho.

I personally like my Ski-Doo XP. Either the M series or Dragons are still incredible sleds, I don't think you can go wrong with any of these 3. As for Yamaha, well I rode a Nytro last year and did not like the weight issue! to heavy for me:)

I would say try and get some seat time on all three. Most of my buddies including me hate the xp chassis, while the other 2 guys love em. Just not my style of chassis, I really like the cats, and the dragons, I still over ride the dragons, but those two are my personal favorites, since I love the way they handle.

Hillclimb race sled, Assault with the SLP kit, no dought about it. It that is your choise of track lenght, it is a top notch sled.
