I'm also interested in the "Recalibrated Suspension". How hard is that to change on a 2012 kit?

Allen, looks awesome!!! I am so glad the snowbike industry is actaully growing, and technology is beginning to advance. I'm hating the fact that I moved to Indiana I miss snowbiking like a fat kids misses cake!! So one question, I'm sure others have asked but any plans for an aluminum chassis in the future?

The new bearings are installed into the same style bearing housing but with a few machine modifications. You will be able to modify your existing bearing housing by drilling holes in the right spot and indexing the bearings when you press them in. We will have instructions made to properly do this. We have plenty of bearings coming for those that want to use them.

We have no plans of making an aluminum Sub Frame. We do however have plans to build a titanium sub frame and suspension arms with carbon fiber tunnel top, side panels, chain case cover and slide rails. We have not made them yet but have plans to build and test it next winter.
