both you guys are missing the big picture arguing back & forth, the biggest prob here is that this guy is going to be labeled a sledder & prob a hunter to top it off.you can argue either side that he was defending himself yah after that first warning the moose gave, the guy probably thought his life was in danger & it was.one of those hoofs to the head & you could be dead real easy or hurt really bad, moose are 1000lbs on the hoof & up.this guy deserves to get charged for what he did,its called harassing wildlife,he was within 10ft of a pissed off moose thats why it attacked him.he gave this moose nowhere to go so it came at him plain & simple & it makes us as sledders, gun owners look bad & that is the issue you need to be worried about not whether he was justified in killing this moose.iam a sledder, a hunter & have been around moose my whole life without issue.this was a guy that put himself into a bad situation he never should have gotten into & now a moose is dead & us as sledder & gun owner will pay for it plain & simple.

Its an animal...and if it got eaten with no wasted meat then there is zero issues, zero...Just my opinion.
I saw a moose that was hit by a VW bus full of hippies once. Maybe they will close there head shop!!!! Bob Saget!!!!
That's an interesting post. Shoot what we want when we want and as long as there's no waste you give it a thumbs up? Wtf!

Based off of the guys reaction to the situation and the speed that it took place, I don't agree with it at all, he shouldn't have had to do that, and he's super stupid for putting it online for many reasons.
