New M

I converted to Cat back in 2006 and have 3 Xfires since then. I have gotten hooked on boonedocking type riding the last few years. I am coming off a 2008 1000 XF SP that I extened to 144" with a 2" track. Im hoping this HCR will do a bit better than that. Seemed like I was stuck constantly with the older sled.

I like to leave them stock, but like to put a can on for weight reduction and maybe a bit of clutching..Any word on what cans work on the 10's? Couldnt get the right one on my 08, and had a mid range bog.

It depends if your looking at a lot of deep boondockin cause then u should have the Speedwerx tunnel dump and then you won't be chocking it on your right turns but if u want to be loud and proud and have it come out normal then i'd say MBRP

I would try the HCR out before I put any mods on it. I have been told that any mods to this sled will decrease performance because the guys at A.C. have pushed it about as far as it can be pushed. Just what I have heard.

Hope this helps if there is anything else I can help you with let me know.

Jeff
