Do you guys have Avy certifications? Like level 1 or 2?

We have the equivalent of a Level 1 certification, and 25+ years of experiences being in avalanches, as well as rescues from.
Even though the Bighorns statistically do not have high numbers of avalanches, Avalanche safety is our biggest emphasis and will be taught and stressed throughout our rides. Avalanche equipment will be required in order to leave the parking lot. Random situation exercises will be performed throughout the guide day as well ensuring everyone has a higher awareness of their environment and the conditions.
