I just smoked my gears and chain this last weekend and need to replace. I had 18-45 in it with a 76link chain due to an extended chaincase, but i didn't like the tight radius of the top sprocket and the chain was a little too loose, not loose enough to put a 74 on but still loose.
Do you think i could go with a 20-46 with a 78 chain?
Its kind of a guess with the extended chaincase, but throw out some opinions.
