New Denver Riding Areas?

A group of us are staying in Nakusp the 14th and 15th and looking to ride the New Denver area one day. I was wondering what the better areas are to ride in New Denver. I have looked at a few maps and noticed that there are a few different trail heads. I was looking for a few different options depending on snow conditions/visibility. Any input and/or recent conditions and pictures would be great.

I rode there once is 2007. Don't know what it was called. Drove east out of town. Went a few miles. Pulled off highway to the right. Rode from there.

Was a pretty cool place to ride. Weather sucked though. Couldn't see crap.
