i have a friend that has a 2012 pro. We put the spare belt on it and now the belt will turn at idle enough to move the sled without anyone on it. the old belt is worn about 1/4 inch than the one one. we also changed ther wieghts from 68n to 60's. any will to remedy the problem. thanks in advance

Lift the track.

On the secondary, use an allen wrench to hold the deflection bolt in place, break the jam nut loose and turn it clockwise 1/2 turn at a time.

I set mine with a little bit of bite when the brake is released, just enough to budge the track

use the tool they gave with your sled and turn it in till it touches then just a smigon more, it takes the presure off the allen bolt that way. loosen 1/2 turn at a time like said above, losen allen, then reset the jam nut then remove tool and repet if nesseary

The tool he is referring to is the little belt removal wrench - that's the way I did it too after breaking the first allen bolt -

The allen bolt is the adjuster and the jam nut just holds it in place. It is the allen bolt the you turn in 1/2 turn clockwise at a time. Or out if your belt deflection is too much.
