new 509 goggles

Anyone tried the new 509 goggles in a scorpion vx14 helmet? I have the last years model and they work pretty good, but probably can not get by with them being much larger. Can you trim the foam on the new ones to make them fit perfectly?

i tried them in almost every other helmet and they didn't fit worth a damn. mine are brand new 09's and i'm selling them because i can't find a helmet to use them in.

What size is your head?

I can personally vouch they fit great in Fly & HJC. Have riding buddies who use them in everything from Fox, Klim, One Ind, Bell, etc

i have a size large helmet. i tried the goggles in my 661 flight, hjc cl-x5n & spx, kbc, fox v3 &2, scorpion. they don't seal at all in the corners, leaving a sizeable gap between my face and the foam.

i'm sure that you can vouche for them, but i'm only telling you what i found. my scotts fit great in my 661 with zero uncovered area. i don't know if i just got a bad pair of goggles but it seems as though its the same problem with every helmet i try.
