So my question is, if u had the opportunity,would u buy a NEW 2009 leftover 800 dragon with warranty? And if so what do u think a fair price would be? They have it priced at $8500, but that seems a bit high since 11 pros are around $8500-$10000. I was thinking $7000? Maybe? Thanks.

a left over '11 pro for 8.5k sounds like a good deal. a left over '09 for 6k also sounds like a good deal. one for 8k wouldn't be my first choice. take the pro and enjoy it. sounds like polaris still has a problem honoring the warranties on dragons, so take it at your own risk.
I just helped out a guy from Edmonton on sat that had bought a new leftover 10 RMK 800 ES.The VR went down with right around 300 miles,lucky someone had a spare,I also had to plug in the ethanol jumper as I think he had bad gas.I told him used they where worth about $6500 he paid $8900 recently[ouch is not even a dragon].You can buy low miled full warrantied demo 12 Pro 600's for $9900.I would not pay more than 7k US for a new one with full warranty because the depreciation is so bad on the 800's.Good sled other than the engine issues which are going to be expensive out of warranty
