New 12 pro 800 belt squeal

Got to ride my new 12 pro 800 for the first time tonight and my belt is squealing really bad so took the belt off and the belt is staring to get chewed up on in inner cogs any ideas what's causing this ?

Mine squeeled like a pig until I finally got it adjusted

I suggest you chew your dealer's butt for not adjusting the belt deflection correctly. It should be set at 1 1/4". The info how to set it is in your owners manuals.

Your clutch belt is getting chewed up? Loosen it up on the secondary with the nut and allen bolt. I'm not sure why it would be that out of whack but you could also check the belt alignment. Do you have pics?

You can't be referring to the drive belt because the 2012 doesn't have one.

Yeah it's the clutch belt. I can see rubber being left on the clutch shaft.

As said before adjust your belt deflection, page 98 of your owners manual.

i would like to. the chain case had no oil in it either !!!
