Had seals go out on gearcase of 07' Phazer MTX. Tore it down and got new seals/gaskets. Now can't get gearcase back in
When I tore it down I had to dissasemble the gearcase while still on the sled. Not enuf room to slide the jackshaft/case assembly to the left and lift out (as the tech manual states), the case is hitting the mag side of exhaust port and is lacking 1" of clearance to get stub shaft into the upper chaincase bearing.
Am willing to pay for someone to show me this "majic trick" to get the case in!!!!!!!!! Was sooooo frustrated tonite after 3hrs, that the phone and couple tools went for a test flite thru the shop
