I have a 2013 M1100 turbo and I'm in need of a new/used turbocharger.
Also would be interested in a reputable rebuilder.
I've put untold amouts of work into this machine to get it to 5000 miles, and I finally crunched it into a tree. The turbocharger took all of the damage, caused an external oil leak and I suspect an internal coolant leak. I did a trail repair and rode the rest of the day. When I pulled the header and turbo, I found the inside to have a tan/brown coating. I'm not certain what would cause this, but I was missing a significant amount of coolant.
List price for OEM replacement is $1900
I would be interested in buying a parts sled at this point, but I'm open to any advice on how to proceed.
