NEED TO REBUILD TOP END ON 800rev ANY SUGESTIONS FOR CHEAP BUILD

i need to rebuild the top end on the sled this year anybody know i should do the engine did not blow the compression is gone so there is blow by smoke i need to be on a budget so i can get out this year any help is necessary

300 bucks fom mcb, dual ring piston kits with gaskets, complete top end

SPI pistons are about $120 and winderosa gasket set is about $60.
