Need Some Info On Twisted Turbo

I just got a race gas twisted setup will be running AV Gas from 4 to 8thousand feet, just wondering about some numbers for the attitude controller just starting out at 7 lbs boost. I am new to the attitude controller would just like so more info about it
 
I am working on getting one, 09 m8 on 6lbs at 9-10k. If there is more info please post.

Should have came with excellent starting numbers for our area. I live in Castlegar and have an 09 twisted m8 and I didnt mess with my box at all last year!!!

Shain rides the area and most of his tuning has been for our elevation so just go out and run it.

I'm running 9#'s on AV gas and have a perma grin!!!!!

If you have issues give me a shout and I'll hook you up with my base numbers.
 
thanx for the info the sled is a 2009 m8. I guess the best way is to go ride and play with the box a little. What about red/blue i think it should be around 7 is that right

Search function no longer works for non paying members, he can't.

For a non paying member, that search will display ANY thread that includes the words twisted OR attitude instead of what it returns for you, only threads which include BOTH twisted AND attitude.


Sifting through the results that search gives you now is like just scrolling through the threads starting with page one. Waste of time.
 
09 hcr twisted, set at 6lbs running 7-10k (i think) I will be running 7-11k. What has to be changed to turn it up to 8-10lbs or more and how much rg will I have to add. Clutching, fuel, etc....

I would also like to change it to a tunnel dump, is this a good idea or bad and will it effect power, fuel changes...

Whats to to high on the AFR and what is safe.
 
I'm assuming you just bought an TM8....sweet!

Give MMSPORTS a call. He makes a tunnel dump for all the kits and could probably answer your question. I've got a tunnel dump on an OVS Tial kit that Kevin at MMS made. I can't help as far as boost goes, other than you'll want to run more than 6 lbs :)

I've been told I wont need much more than 6lbs, we'll see. But I do want to have the option as I will be going up against a 2011 bd pg kit and its a 162 so I might need some more.
 
I heard shain was using a additive that was working, would like to know more about that too. A lot of friends get rg and I wouldn't need much so shouldn't be to bad.
 
Really, your the first to ever say that:blah:, come on, at least I was trying to help with the boondockle your in. But, I don't have to do anything and it does run, in fact it rips, just ask the guy I bought it from...
 
Twisted turbos are the best and you should not need help geting one to run. Out of the box they are the best. But I have never owened one so I really dont know what Im talking about. :)

From my experience 8-9.5lbs you'll need 100 Motor Octane and if you go above 9.5#'s you will need to get your Motor octane closer to 105 and up. I've ran 7-8 lbs 75% 100ll and 25% pump... I wouldn't want to error on the low octane side.... 6-7 lbs seems safe at 50-50 pump/AV..... With twisted's compression.... I don't care about other kit's and what they say... Apples to Apples if you know what I mean...

I run 9-10 's on AV gas 100 low lead at 4-8000ft and it's been a good recipee for me.....
 
Any reason not to run av gas and what does the ll mean, never had to deal with this stuff before, any clutching changes
