need some help

Yeah, I'd say your CDI. My buddy had the same thing happen to him, he went through and replaced every electrical component on the sled (Stator, all new wiring harness, he even went so far as to get a different MPEM unit) and no luck

He finally got around to getting a new CDI box, and she fired right up... :)

So yeah, I'd say that's your problem, lol

Check the inside of your spark plug boots, those little clips that clamp onto the plug break off causing intermittent spark to one cylinder, all it takes is a simple replacement.

If one cylinder is getting spark, your stator is working.

I agree, I was having the same problem last winter and all it ended up being was the spark plug wire end, it was cracked and I figured it out when it finnally broke and stayed on the plug when I pulled the cap off. I just put two new spark plug wires on and as good as new. Something I would try before you start buying other parts
