Need some help with Stayton Motorsports

I'm at the end of my rope.

I had issues with an M7 last year and took it to my dealer, Stayton Motorsports. I'll spare the details, as the whole saga was posted on Snowest. Thanks to many of you who reached out and helped me find the issue when the dealer was less than supportive. Short story is they have the cylinder and piston from my sled which I dropped off to them last year, prior to the season even starting.

They have either lost it, or simply don't care. I'm certain it's the second option. Who is the local rep for arctic cat? And if you happen to stop in Stayton Motorsports, ask them if they have found my parts.

things have really gone down hill since dan left!!! know i was changing weights in my primary last year, one or 2 of the weights had spun on the pin so wanted to change them while i had it apart. called joel on monday, no problem, parts on the shelf will ship same day. come thursday still no parts, they always come overnight. so i call joel, must have forgot, no problem will ship today. come monday still no pins, call again. must have forgot, will ship today, wednesday still no pins. call again, will ship today. thursday no pins, call again, joel gets crappy with me, had to pay for overnight shipping so i could put my sled together for the weekend, finally got the pins on friday. after 5 calls and almost 2 weeks and paying overnight shipping my pins arrive, THEY WERE USED!!!! wow unbelieveable. not that things were perfect when dan was there but at least i got most of my stuff when i was supposed to.

seems like every place i delt with lately ive had problems with. what happened to custumer service. with the economy slow like it is you would thing these places would want to keep you coming back. i guess they made so much from us when things were going good they dont need our business anymore.

Give me a call if you need a piston and cylinder i have renicked in stock as well as piston's I will help you out as much as i can but I WILL go as cheap as I can so it doesn't hurt as much 249.00 on Cylinder and 82.00 on Piston Kit. Let me know. Oh and I AM a Cat dealer and Gary Hopkinson is their local Rep he is New and doesn't know a whole lot right now.

FYI...
When Dan left stayton, Joel tried to do some repairs on my machine. They never could figure it out? Joel did what he could at that time but i payed to get it fixed not to throw money at it searching for the issue.
