Need some help--rear suspension

I have an '06 Apex Mtn. I speared the track and I am having a problem with the rear suspension. I can't get the track to tighten up enough. I have the adjusters completely back and the track is still sagging BAD.

I have a new Camoplast 3" x 162" track. I am wondering if the rails ended up getting bent up in the back.

If anyone has a stock suspension or even just a rail, please get me the measurement of the kickup on the back of the rail.

The picture shows the rail flat on the ground and I am measuring the back of the rail.

That's seems a bit excessive. Yammi runs a tipped up rail like that. (which many don't like) I'm not sure if I have a stock rail around still but if I do I'll throw a tape on it. But I don't remember them being that far up.
