Need Phazer II Setups! Come on oldtimes lets hear em.

I just bought a 1991 Phazer and am looking for a complete mountain set up for it. I know their is alot of old time knowledge on the fourm about these sleds so let hear it. Im looking for clutching, jetting for 900m, carb set ups, track set ups, skis, reeds, pipes. What worked and what does not. I remember the old fourm had lots of good info on the old phazers but I am guessing that info is no longer avaliable.

Possiblities are endless. Aean or bender pipe, cold air intake, Mikuni slides, reeds, motor mount brace, upgrade the clutches if you can, 144 x 1.75 track, not sure if the 91 had the screen on the fan? If not, get one. Lots of tricks on the stock carbs including boring, reversing the flow from main to circuit flow, and on and on and on and on. Rode em for years. Loved them!

I run Bender cold air intake, AAEN pipe 136x1, arctic cat M skis...not sure about jetting, but clutching is stock, runs awesome!!!

That pretty much sums it up right there...maybe a 1.5 or 1.75" lug track but no longer then 136". Plastic skis were the best mod this sled could handle. I have a garage full of spare parts I will be selling at the SLC snow show, let me know if you need anything.

Get a hold of an Exciter Engine, Way more power and probably cheaper than getting a whole ton of mods. The Exciter was a 570cc Liquid compared to the Phazer Fan. I think the chassis mounts were the same too.
