Need parts to get my sled back together

I'm curious why that isn't under warranty. Thought my 07 came with 3 year warranty. Was it a race sled?

no it was a rental out of YellowStone and my Dealer told me no warrenty? Is this correct

My wifes only came with a 1 year. It wasn't a true Snowcheck though.
