I have a stock 05 4X4 quad cab automatic with some upgraded tires that are a bit bigger then stock. I will be keeping this truck for some time BUT I need to improve it for towing, especially at high elevation. Anything over 7000' and I am in 1st gear wound out to around 4500-5000 just to get up the mountain. Now I need to pull a two place snowmobile trailer. Any help or suggestions on this 6 cylinder besides getting an 8 or trading for a diesel?
