Does anybody know what the knock sensor bolt torque is on the 800?
Had a piston fail and currently rebuilding and want to make sure i have checked everything. Was getting DET with no light. Im putting in new injectors, fresh fuel, new plugs/wires/caps, checked for turbo system leaks, new motor mounts last spring, new exhaust sensor, checked fuel filter sock, etc. I think it was bad fuel, but want to cover all my bases. I put new pistons in it last spring and was making proper compression right before the piston failed which it went down 10psi before the ride. The other cylinder that didnt fail was spitting out spark plugs.
