Need Input about 99' 700 turbo

Its on my semi local craigslist, 2003 pro x 440 with new 99 non ves 700 with turbo(new pistons, rings, brgs, gaskets, crank by cranky joe), approximately 20 hours. 144" track, slp skis. walker evans, digatron four window display with egt. runs strong 8 psi. Not sure on the turbo, think its a home built kit.

My question is how reliable is this motor turbo'd? Does it need constant tuning? I see what tturbo he is running too.

The 700 non ves motor was one of the strongest motors ever put out for turboing. A lot of guys turboed them and they are still running. Don't be afraid of the motor. Is it a Aerocharger or a Mitsubishi turbo. On there? Post up some pics I bet we can help. There was not very many companies turboing or building parts back in the day. I bet we can help.

Turbo is a T4, sled also has the pro-xr timing adjustor hooked up to the 700. other than that the sleds a little beet up, not bad though.
