I was wondering when is the latest time in the year to find good powder? Like is the first part of May usually shot, as far as deep powder is concerned?? Just wondering, can't get out till later...Thanks for any info!

Usually by mid april it starts geting to be "spring snow"

Seen it snow every month of the year here in Summit County so you never know?Fresh snow on 4th of July-Yes!!!
Early May powder days are possible,but not probable.Bring the sunscreen.
I've rode at Vail Pass as late as May 30th in 08 with good conditions from the trail head.
Friends put their sled's in the back of their trucks and drive higher after that but I'm thinking about summer/jetski's at that point.
