Need info on sending KLIM gear out for repair....

So, I melted a hole in my first Klim Klimate parka earlier in the year, but couldn't send it out due to Christmas and such. I just bought another one, and was out riding last weekend with my good one, and snagged a tree boondockin'. Could have been terrible news, but, luckily, I didn't hurt myself.

So, does anyone have any info on getting this stuff repaired? It tore along all the seams...

Thanks.

I would E mail Eva and attach a picture showing the damage. I have a feeling that coat might be a little too far gone. That way you don't waste time and money sending it to them. If it just tore at the seam and the sleeve is intact, I'm sure it might be able to be fixed.

If you check & they can / will fix it, check with your Klim dealer. They should send it out to them at no charge for repair. The place where I get mine does it for all the customers he has that need repair / warranty replacement.

I thought of doing that, because the tear is right at the seams. Thanks a million for the contact info, guys! I sent her an email, and we'll see what she says!
