Need help!!!!

Currently in Cooke city. It's very warm so I expect the sled to run like crap and maybe overheat once or twice. But all day long my 2013 pro rmk 163 with 60 gran weights in it would have a severe bog over 7500 rpm. Then half way through the day it threw a de7 code an wouldn't do over 6000 rpm while limping it back to the dealership in Cooke. Dropped it off and haven't herd a word yet. Just wondering if u guys have any ideas or suggestions for places to look.

could just be bad gas,you didn't ride all the way in with the sled in detune mode ,you should have beed able to shut off and then restart then ride as normal, not trying to be a smart a-- or anything:face-icon-small-hap

Air temp was like 45 and yes scratchers down. Air temp prolly caused the overheat but the full throttle bog Idk. I'm gonna add two grams of weight and see if it won't bog at full throttle

whats the elevation? if you are too light on weights you can over rev(even in the midrange) hard enough to put it in limp mode...

Cooke City is 7600'. Goes up from there. We have been there many times. We use 10-60's also with the BLK/PUR spring. Never had an issue. The dealer will know what that code means. Adding weight will make it worse.

The dealer said the code was overheating but didn't have answer for the big on the top end. So putting in 10-62 weights will actually make the bog worse? Even though I can pull 8150 at 7/8 throttle but then when u hold it too the bars and it bogs down?

^^X2. 10-60's have worked on all my stock Pros out there. Sled totally stock or? Need more info. With really warm air, it might sag after a warm restart but should go away after the airbox cools back down. Rick and the other dude in the back should be able to take care of you. Rent a new buggy and give them the day to figger it out.

Sled is basically stock just have a hps can on otherwise nothing has been done to the motor. Today is my last day so maybe I should just run it and fix it when I get home. Or I could rent a xm and truly realize how much I love my pro !!!!
