Need help with tether kill install

Ok i bought a tether (wps 27-0112) tether assembly. Polaris shop said hook it into the black and brown wire behind key switch. I did and nothing happens.
Now i'm going to ask the pro's on here to help. I give up with polaris shops...

The black & brown wires are the right ones. Start the sled and jump those wires with a wire or pair of needle nose. The sled should shut off. If it does not something is unpluged or a wire is broken. Also try the grounding the black wire to any metal ground and see if it shuts off also. If any of these tests work the sled is ok and you have a bad tether which you can test with a ohm meter. Ok after a few beers and lots of breathing, i figured it out. There is 2 brown and 2 black wires that go to a connecter, from the back of the key switch. Took spade connecters from tether and plugged them into it, and works great.. Just in case some one else has the same problem..
