Need help with riser install

I am trying to remove a factory riser and install a taller one. How do I get the control pod loose to pull the wires through the riser? I'm trying to get the control off with the high beam switch. I've got the control pod all apart and it still doesn't fit through. Thanks

The wires will unplug in the control block which will allow you to remove the wiring from the riser block.

Like MT said, use a small screwdriver and release the wires from the control block then the wires will pull through the riser.
