I have been running a bd 25 turbo around here in minnesota since we have got snow, i have a purelogic control box on it, the sled was running pig rich on my aem wideband so i leaned it out a bit now i cant get this beast out of the 13's afr's, i have tried it with even richer settings on my pl box, what is everyone for lights on there pl box, and also does the first three settings affect only no boost fuel or what doesnt really explain it much in the manual, i have the new box so it has the map sensor adjustment, could my wideband sensor be screwed? it only has 300 miles on it with 100 miles of race gas mix. please help thanks Snowesters

When is it lean? on Boost? Off boost? The blue/green will effect the air fuel ratio when on boost, which I take it you know. Are you running an additional fuel pump? If so, it might be bad causing it to be lean. Do you have a fuel pressure regulator? Maybe a problem there. If none of those are it, I know some of the pure logic boxes had problems previously.

I doubt if the wideband 02 sensor was bad, it would be in the 13's, I think it would be either way rich or way lean. That is what happens with the innovate wideband when it goes bad.

Well my gauge will start reading at like 14s when i first start riding and then it will slowy go down like after 10 minutes or so. so do the first three settings on the box make any changes to fuel when the sled is under boost?

The green wouldn't, the yellow and red would though because they are mid and full throttle settings, you would for sure be under boost when in the yellow and red, so they will have an affect. I have left my red on 3 the yellow on 2 1/2 to 3 and I mess with the green depending on the day, but it is around 1 1/2 to 2 usually. I do adjust the blue/green if under boost, wide open if it is rich or lean, a half step makes about .5 on the wideband difference wide open on a long pull. I would try adjusting the yellow and blue/green and see how it goes.

what kit you running carp? also do you know all of your settings and what about your wideband location i was wondering if i need more pipe after the sensor, i only have like 3 inches, thanks for all the help dude also what are your mode 5 and 6 set like thanks what do your shoot for afr's?

I have the Boondockers with the 28 turbo though. I never adjusted anything above the blue/green. My settings are green 1 1/2 yellow 2 1/2 red 3 and blue green 2 1/2 to 3. I dont know if they would be the same for the 25. I depends a lot on fuel pressure also, higher pressure will make it richer and lower make it leaner. I have an additional pump and a 1:1 regulator. My sensor is about 6 or more inches from the outlet.

I run it no leaner than 12.3 under pressure, a little leaner when not on boost. Not leaner than 13:1 though ever. Is there a calibration for your wideband? On the innovate there is a heater cal and a free air calibration you need to do.
