Need help with innovate O2 senser

I have been going through o2 sensers every 100 miles or so and need help solving problem. I have a stage 1 blower with a tj pipe. I am running 100% sunoco 110 race fuel and think that that may be my problem. any help would be much appreciated

Sunoco 110 is a leaded fuel in which will kill your sensor. Also running too rich will kill the sensor as well. Try to find something that is unleaded for fuel.

I have 1200 miles on race fuel on my apex. Original sensor. How do you have it turning on?

Does it come on with the key or when it starts? If it comes on only with the key, once the heater comes on any combustion condensation will cause it to blow out. The best way is to wire it to come on when it starts, or make sure you just start it when cold. Don't let it heat up first then start it.
Also if the sensor gets too hot it might cause a problem too, how far away in the pipe is it?

And finally the Innovate is a POS somewhat and there are a lot of people with sensor problems. AEM doesn't appear to have the problems the Innovate does.

What is the gauge saying? What is it doing when it screws up? Is it reading any codes. I had one of these and agree its a pos. It should not go through censors that quick from what ive read. My advice to you is if it keeps giving you problems send it back dont waste time with it like i did. Get a aem there simple to hook up no led or free air cal and the rest of that crap, plug it in and start tunning and only $250. bucks.

ngk is the one you want if looking for a new one they seem to last allot better but it seems to be more probs with the inovate.use the aem or you can try the afx & it comes with the ngk sensor.i run the afx & had 3000km on the first sensor i thought it went bad but it was the ground so its still going.you can get the ngk sensors from summit racing about 165$.

I would say your fuel is killing it - we run Bosch and have not had them go out yet ... Stage I's with 50/50 most times or less than that with race. I would run 2-3 gallons of race with every tank.
