Need help With Fox Evol Set Up Please

Hi everyone, I was hoping someone out there can help me with my Fox Evol 3 Chris Burandt shocks that I just installed. I put all four shocks on my 2015 163” Terrain Dominator I also installed a 36” Alternative Impact front end kit and it seems as though I have way too much sag in the rear. I set the shocks up with the pressures recommended by the fox manuals and also what Chris Burandt recommended for my weight but the problem is that when the sled is sitting flat on the floor I can push the rear of the sled down between four and 5 inches quite easily with one hand and when I let go of the bumper it stays there and won’t come up unless I lift it back up. It seems like this is way too much sag and that I might have a problem. I’ve increase the pressures in the main and Evol chamber which helped a little bit but not very much. The pressures I have set them at are as follows. Ski shocks Main@ 85 psi Evol@ 140 psi, Centre@ 60psi, Rear Main@ 145psi Evol@ 150 psi. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and I think you in advance.

I have the exact same set up on a 14.

I have the exact numbers in the garage i can grab next time Im out there.

I do remember that same problem, i think i have my Ski shocks main chambers down at 55 PSI after multiple adjustments. Id start there.

Looks like these are the last settings i have written down in my book.

All pressures set at 55*F

Ski shocks
Evol 130 PSI
Main 55 PSI
Rebound 7 out from full in

FTS
55 PSI

RTS
Evol 190
Main 150
Rebound 10 out from full in

Last season i was about 215/220lbs without gear on,

Good luck

My guess, the front of the sled is way to high. Might be because of the front end and the shock combination. Measure height from floor to bellypan and check this with what is listed for your sled.

When the front is to high, the front of the rear suspensio / track is lifted from the ground, and the weight is put solely on the RTS.

I have seen this on several sleds, as mentilned above, 85 in main chamber is alot, i run 55 also. Lowers the front.

Measuring the weight on all four contact poings to make adjustments are also a good way to get it right.

This is great info guys, I will definitely give these settings a try. Thank you very much! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! ???
