Need help with 900 hood

I can't seem to figure out how to get the hood completly off the machine!
Any help out there.

Unplug the 2 wiring connectors where the hood meets the bumper
Remove the screws from the 2 hood cables
Close the hood
Remove the 2 large screws where the hood hinges on the bumper
Hood should lift off and away.

I tried all that but the hood won't lift off. It seems that the bushings on the front of the sled where the screws screw into aren't letting the hood come off.

When you take the two hinge screws out, there are two small aluminum bushings (one on each side) that you have to pull out. I usually use a small seal pick with a bent tip. They can be somewhat tight to get out.

Or you can slide it back and for a bit to expose the edge of the bushing and grab them with needlenose pliers
