Need help, Took video so maybe someone can Help me out, backfire out of carbs

I have just swopped reed cages, reset my carb floats but I'm still having an issue with 1500-3500 rpm backfire, it shoots flames out my carbs...

These are the only things I can think of

-Carb floats (done)
-Reeds (done)
-Reed cages, ie cracks or warps (done)
-Timing...?? I'm clueless but have read a few things pointing at this
-Leaks in Y-Pipe...? I will go buy some rtv and seal up all my exhaust flanges cuz my y pipe doesn't leak.

What jets our in it? did you take the acc off? it this was taken off what was done to remove it?
Did you seal up the reeds, good sealer?
Check for a crank seal leak too, spray carb cleaner or starting fluid on the crank seal behind the clutch when the motor is at an idle if it changes at all up or down you have a bad seal.

No accs, piped into the airbox for carb balancing, has boost bottle, 158 162 I believe(just changed these since I had the carb apart since it was running way rich due to the warm weather. Had 162 168 in it all winter and ran a little fat to just make sure I didn't burn anything down. 38 pilots, started halfway through a ride so I didn't make any changes right before it happened. ALWAYS run non ethonal premium, oil pump works, I will buy some starting fluid tonight and richen my needle one clip just to see.

Put your stock can back on and see what happens.

I've had my can in for 4 or 5 rides in either hot 50+ or cold 20*F. Its looking like an odd case of bad fuel, dirt in pilots and a vent tube came un-done. I hope this week or next to get back up for another ride and see what happens.

Watch the intake boots where the boost bottle is. They tend to tear the rubber causing a lean condition.
