Need help only running on 1 cylinder

I have a 08 M1000 i put a y-pipe on and connected a boondocker box. It ran fine before i connected the box and now since i connected it it is only firing on one cylinder with the box connected and with the stock connections.... any one know what could of went wrong?

check the plugs to the injector some time you will push out the steel in side the plug and the injector will not work make sure it is seated good

there is two wires in aplug u wired to the computer they are switched
