I have a 04' a/c king cat 900 and I beleive the track pitch is 2.52? Will a 3.0 pitch track work? What do I gotta do to make it work? Thanks Guys!:beer;

Just to make sure, your sled IS a king cat and not a mountaincat model? The mountain cats ARE 2.52 The king cat is 3.0
If it is a mountain cat all you have to do is change the drivers from 2.52 drivers to 3.0 drivers.
As for track selection. Either a camo extreme 2.5 or the arctic cat power claw. They are both 3.0 pitch. If you ride more light fluffy powder then go with the CLAW. If you ride more setup, heavy, wet snow go with the Extreme.

yes its a king cat, and how would a challenger track do? I have the ol' attack 20 on there now and yea its beat up pretty bad... about anything should be better?

162-15-2.25, 3 pitch, m1000 or m8 take off (challanger), they are durable and do great in all snow conditions. best bet for the money.

well I found out today that camoplast says the 2004 king cat has 2.52 pitch drivers they didn't switch to 3.0 pitch until 2005, Is it worth switching to 3.0 pitch or should I stick with what I got?

camoplast is wrong...i have an 04 king cat and it has the 3.0 drivers

best track for the money is the powerclaw hands down

The attack 20 is a 3.0 pitch track. the king ONLY came with the attack 20. So the king IS 3.0. Who ever you talked to at camoplast doesnt know what they are talking about. As stated above, a take off track from a m1000 or m8 would be teh best track for the money. If you have a little more to spend get a claw or extreme.

It all depends on what conditions you ride in the camo extreme is not a very good track in the light fluffy snow, i had one on my king cat and got my butt handed to me from my friends 04 mt cat in the fluffy stuff but in the wet spring snow hands down the best track around. I cant comment on the powder claw but heard it is a really good track all around.

I would check too be sure, just measure the ctr. lugs that stick up on the inside. If 3.00" on ctr. then the Claw would be the choice!
