Need Help first time in Utah

Hello Everyone, My buddy and I are coming to the southern utah region and I am going crazy trying to find the best place to ride in the area, there are alot.We are looking to ride anywhere between Salt Lake and Cedar City. We are renting a couple of 09 summit 800 with 154 and a trailor. We aren't necessarily looking for the steep hill climb stuff as much as the powder bowls with deep snow.One possibility is a guy wants to rent us a cabin in Scofield but we are not sure if there are better places to go. We both have been out to Island Park and Cooke City a bunch of times so we are experience and not affraid of the steep and deep if it gets us to the promised land. Ideally we would like a place that has lodging and we can ride right out of our front door and possibly some night life, but we are open to Ideas. Any help you can give us is much appreciated.
