Need help ASAP. Nytro wont start after turbo install

So I just put a Powderlites stg2 kit on a Nytro, but I cannot get the sled to start. Checked the spark plugs, they are fine. No diagnostic codes, no nothing. Sled gets fuel, fuel regulator is just below 50 PSI now. I'm really lost. What could cause the sled not to start? Tried removing the RB3 box, but it still WILL NOT start...Any Ideas?

It's 2.30 am Friday night, and I REALLY want to ride this sled tomorrow...

Thanks, Bull

turned the engine over alot of times, seemed to be ok to me, but at this point nothig is impossible...I just hope I don't need to take the head of again...

Hey Bull,

It is a pretty open ending request for information on what could be wrong but check to make sure that EVERY stock electrical connection is connected. Mine would not start either and it ended up being a tiny 2 prong plug beside the rad fan plug in.

Good luck

Yeah I know it is, but every little thing of info helps, and I'll hold every option open not to have to pull the motor again.

I'll check that connection now.

won't start

With valve cover off do you have both holes on cam shaft facing up or is one cam out of time? The holes on the end will be together or apart. if a cam is out of time just be careful and remove bolts and turn motor untill all pistons are down enough to turn cam over without pulling motor.
Other then that it must be wired wrong somewhere.
Hope this helps!!

Thanks guys. Woke up this morning, after a good nights sleep and figured the problem. Timing was 180 off....I feel like an A$$ but atleast I'm glad that was the problem.

Glad to see you found the problem that sucks easy to miss those marks if you are tired or just happen to miss it.

PS you can get to it without pulling the motor if you want just prop it up with a 2x4 but allot easier if you pull the motor to get to everything

I might have timed it on the wrong cylinder.... ?

I'm not on the snow yet, in the prosess of putting it back together now...This will be another long night, but I really hope to get it back together....4th turbosled I build, first time I get the timing wrong...these Nytro's don't like me, I'm sure...LOL

Told ya so

Bull, I told you to have those installed in the US.:D

LOL Kev, yeah we damned foreigners aint to smart....

As I'm at sea level, I'll start it off at 10 lbs and go from there...

You running race fuel on yours?

I won't be riding this sled as I just sold a Nytro....Hope to get another to turbo soon...
