I have a 153" PC w/Wahl 7T 3P extro. The driver seems to be binding on the edge of the window of the track after about 1.5-2 revolutions of the extro. Has anyone else seen this problem? Since the track and drivers are 3.0, what could be the problem?

I have not run the sled, I'm just rotating the track it's self on the stand. This should free roll - right? I've never had this binding problem on other sleds.

Are the drivers spaced too wide and is everything on ctr with the rails? As you rotate it is the track walking sideways to one side of the skid? I assume these drivers are not riding on the little nubs along the outer edge of the track?

Everthing is exactly spaced for centers. The problem is when I rotate the track (by hand), the nose of the extro will end up catching the front or back of the window after a few revolutions, depending on which way I rotate the track. I can get about 4 or so revolutions out of the driver before I end up hitting the other edge of the track window. It almost seems like either the track or drivers are not exactly 3.0 pitch. Is this possible?

I've trimmed the little nubs of the outside of everyother window, this is not the problem.

I would assume that the drivers are not quite 3.00 pitch. They should not really contact at all except when the drivers start to ratchet. If they are 3.00 pitch they should be 6.685" in dia. If they are 2.86 pitch they would be 6.37" dia. Is it hitting the metal clips as it comes around or the non clipped rubber area?
