Need glove recommendation

my sons hands get cold easily.
looking for a glove that is a up the cuff style that waterproof and warm.

How far up the cuf are you looking for? I've been using fly's switch snow x gloves this year and they've been good gloves. They are thin but have just enough insulation that my hands don't get cold. I bought some for my wife to and she hasn't got cold either. Here's a picture of them. they might not have enough insulation to keep a little hand warm in sub zero temps though

The new Klim Elite glove is amazing. Used them all season. Most warm glove I've ever put on. Good waterproofing. Very expensive though...

The company Stoic (Don't worry I didn't know of them either) makes some of the best I've ever used, most durable warm technical glove I've ever owned. I have two pair, I don't need any others.
