need clutch tuning help

I feel like my sled is not set up correctly. bogs or is geared to low so I am not useing the sleds full power on most hills.

I would like to dial my clutch in get it running rite this winter.

any recommendations would be helpfull ( weights and springs)

2002 M1 900 with 159 track.

I weigh 330 lbs,
