Need cluching advice for 04 rev with RKT piston kit.

I just put in the RKT piston kit and need cluching info.
The sled is an 04 151 rev with a team 2nd. The sled is a mountain sled only ( no trail ) most of my riding is at 4000 to 7000 ft. If anyone has a great setup I would love to hear it.
Thanx

I would try a 160-290 spring (purple/blue) and go either 12mm or 20mm weights in your pins. Never messed with a team so I can't help you much there.

I have that sled with 162*2.5 track and team. Use a black white team secondary with a 40 degree straight helix. I run same elevation 160-320 would be fine also and about 1/2 full of pin weitht. Make sure and use stock pipe and can.

I rode the new xp today with 2.5*162 track and it is impressive on 1st ride.

:)

160-320 spring, stock ramps, and about 17g of pin weight to start should get you in the ball park. The drop in kit needs to pull about 8500 on the tach. Never ran the TEAM so can't help you there.

I also have same sled and setup 04 REV 151 with a Team roller I have a 50/42 - 44 Helix in there now , Its also BJ 840 Kit,

Sorry not trying to hyjack your thread any info should help us both.

The drop in kit is very good and made a big difference to my sled. Make sure to run at least 8400 on your tack. Do clutching to maintain this. It needs to stay on rpms to keep going.
