Need Boondocker #'s! 07 M8 race gas turbo.

I haven't been able to find any good numbers for my control box. I'm running an 07 M8 with the Boondocker race kit I bought in 09. I mostly ride 5000' and lower. If I chop the throttle after a climb or try to do any on/off throttle while boondocking it will just start to sputter and act like it's running on one cylinder. Really annoying. Not being very snappy either. Runs great if you stay into the throttle. If anybody has got theirs dialed in at this elevation I would appreciate any numbers you have. Thanks. Btw I started off with numbers I got from Boondocker. Still same issue.

Secondary injectors pooling fuel in the charge box?

What numbers are you running now?
(please include CR (cross-over) & OS)

Are you running a button on the bars to use the "capture" feature?
It would be nice to use that feature so that we can see EXACTLY what boost level you are at when it causes this problem.

My BD control box was updated by BD in September 2009. It came back with the CR set to 13, so the secondary injectors tried to come on at about 3psi of boost, so on-off throttle seemed to let too much fuel "pool" in the charge box due to low airflow. I moved the CR up to 25 initially & it cleaned right up.

Mine RG kit is on a 2008 m8.

Sorry I don't have the current numbers. My sled is in my buddies trailer on it's way to a riding spot and I'm heading there tomorrow. I've never had any updates done to my box yet.

Was able to find my installation manual for my box. This box doesn't even have CR or OS settings. It has fuel settings 3000,5000,6700,7800 and 8600. LO, MID, HI and trim. boost low -4, -2, 0 and +1. Boost HI 2, 3, 12 and 18. ACEL AM, DR and Sens. Going to try and get ahold of Boondocker again today.

Those numbers look REALLY SCARY LEAN unless your box is very different from mine.
So, what did you find out? Inquiring minds want to know...

Well this is what they told me:
3000- 00 00 00

5000- 00 -2 -4

6700- 00 -2 -4

PSI L- 17 28 46 OS- 20

PSI H- 15 30 48 CR- 21

I will found out how this works this weekend and let you know. Hopefully it cleans it up.

I too have low end problems with mine. From a stand still it is very doggy and if you hit the throttle to hard it will bog out for a moment before it takes off. Once you are rolling it runs very strong. My numbers probably look strange, but BD suggested taking fuel out on the low end. Also my high end numbers are lower than those I see here but at WOT I am in the mid 11's on my wide band.

The sled is an '07 M8 race gas kit with the older large intercooler and I am running 9-10#'s at 6-8,000 feet with straight 110.

My numbers are:
3,000 -9 -10 -9
5,000 6 -4 -4
6,700 5 -2 -12
7,800 -3 -3 -5
8,600 0 0 0

PSIL 13 15 31
PSIH 11 18 35
Acel 0 0 6

I don't remember the exact CR number but I beleive it was mid 20's, maybe 25?

I would really like to improve the lowend response. Is it my fuel settings, the larger intercooler, or clutching?
